Rough Guide to the Dr. Marten's League

"Point and click" Map     Text Links     Acknowledgments

Welcome to BrewersNet's famous "Rough Guide to the Dr. Martens League".

From the rolling valleys of South Wales, to the flatlands of East Anglia, from Burton's bustling breweries to the tranquil rural idyll of Rothwell, the so called 'Southern' League now encompasses a bewilderingly huge swathe of England and Wales. BrewersNet is here to help, as it provides the ultimate guide to the best-supported, most competetive league outside the Conference.

*Note to dumb Americans who can't be bothered to scroll further down than this paragraph - this site is about 'soccer', and NO I do not know where you can buy Doc Martens boots!

The guide has been updated for the 1999-2000 season, but entries for the newly promoted teams are still under construction (info needed on these teams - particularly on Clevedon). Mail us if you think an entry is inaccurate or you'd like to add to it.

Click the clickable map below to view the entry for each team, or select from the text links if your browser doesn't support this.

Acknowledgments

Thanks are due especially to Ian Leech for providing most of the ground directions used here (so if you get lost you know who to blame!). Thanks also to everyone who helped with providing information on the teams in the Division. Cheers.

If you think any of the information contained within this Rough Guide is inaccurate, or you have something to add to one of the entries, comments, suggestions and constructive criticism are always welcome - post your messages in the BrewersNet Forum or send your mail to rough-guide@brewersnet.com. If you are offended by the entry for your club, you can always mail me to tell me why I'm out of order (but I'll probably ignore you).
